Shopping Policys
The Modern Vagabond is a small clothing brand ran by 1 woman, I take pride in building friendly customer based relationships and want to offer the best customer service to ensure a pleasant all around experience when shopping with TMV.
Made to Oder Collections:
* Returns - We do not offer returns on items that are Made to Order (made for your specific size/color/fabric requests), You are responsible in ensuring the item is going to fit you, meaning its important to carefully take your measurements, compare them to my size chart, and find your TMV sizing so that you can order the correct size. If you think you wont be happy with things like the average inseam provided, it is your responsibility to contact us and ask questions. Once we get the order, we will make it as is assuming you've taken the responsibility to make sure it will be right for you before purchase.
With that being said, we know ordering online can be a little tricky, and everyones bodys are different, so If you get something and are unahppy with the fit, we can discuss alterations that may be able to be made
All in all we ofcourse want you to adore your clothing and wear it like your favorite sweatshirt (aka all the time!) as well as maintain the integrity of our buisness! Much love anyways from the TMV queens.
*Exchanges - We do not offer exchanges on made to order clothing as we do not have inventory on hand, it is made specifically for you when ordered.
*Cancelations - You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order you will be refunded the full amount minus a transaction fee. Once an order is placed through our website we are charged a transaction fee that we do not get back if we refund an order. For this reason once you place an order, the transaction fee cant be refunded.
*Production Times -
Production time varies by order volume. Email themodernvagabond@yahoo.com for more specific time frames before you place your order or if you want an item by a certain date.
*Shipping Times - Items will be shipped via the method you chose at checkout.
*Lost or stolen packages - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Ready To Ship Collections :
*Returns - We will happily accept returns of ready to ship clothing for store credit only (collections/items that are pre made and post on the website for you to purchase) to be eligible for returns all we ask is you contact us within 5 days of receiving your package, and ship back the package within 7 business days of receiving your order. We keep a 5% restocking fee when returning items to cover initial transaction fees etc, and am not responsible for refunding shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse the item if it has been damaged / worn in any way other than tried on. Return requests outside this time frame will not be accepted.
*Exchanges - Exchanges will happen on a case by case basis depending on what inventory is on hand.

STORY SALES :
We regularly do story sales or quick sales of items via our instagram stories, these are usually imperfect/discounted items or stock that was made accidentally or has gone out of season. All items from story sales are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned.
